1 sachet Schwartz Chilli con Carne Recipe Mix
450g (1lb) extra lean beef mince
400g tin chopped tomatoes
400g tin red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
125ml (4fl oz) water
1 chopped onion
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt + Pepper
Glug of Worcester sauce

- Chop onion finely and then sweat in a pan with the oil
- Then add the mince beef and brown for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the sachet of Schwartz chilli mix, tomatoes, kidney beans and water.
- Bring to the boil, stirring.
- Taste and add salt, pepper and worcester sauce as needed
- Cover and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Boil some spaghetti
- Mix the two together and serve
